WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We, Energy Consultants Australia, are pleased to submit our offer to supply and install a new Solar Energy System for our customer’s. Our friendly staff will always be available to answer any questions you may have along the way. We are a relationship focussed, locally based business and value our greatest investment in marketing, being local referrals due to our service.
We have undertaken due diligence with our offer and will undertake an inspection of your property. This site inspection will allow us to design the system, fit for purpose. We are pleased to provide our offer with the following conditions:

INCLUSIONS

Labour & Parts necessary to complete the installation 10-year warranty (Limited) All legal Registration with governing authorities per statutory requirements Fitting the panels to the roof using the Racking System & Mounting the Inverter. All AC/DC cabling supplied and installed to Australian Standards.

EXCLUSIONS

Any notification to a customers energy supplier that solar is now connected Any upgrade to the meter box or metering to enable the customer to receive credits for returning oversupply energy back to the grid. Any copies of Design engineering. Any engineering certificates for the racking system,

PRE-INSTALLATION

Upon receiving your deposit payment, ECA Senior Electrical Project Manager will review the offer and provide a design for installation from the technicians to follow. (Please allow a few days for this process)
If you have not already supplied us with your electricity bill, we will require your NMI number
We will at this time submit a grid connect application to the Electricity Supply Authority for formal approval which is required prior to installing. Timing once the application has been lodged is out of our control.

INSTALLATION DAY

After the system is paid in full, you will receive an email from us containing important information for your future reference. Manuals, copies of invoices warranties etc. This email will also have your EWR number (for solar installs)
After the system is paid in full, we will submit your installation documentation to the Electrical Supply Authority. This advises Energex (QLD) or Essential Energy (NSW) of your install. Your energy retailer is then informed, so any changes to your metering can be arranged by your energy retailer. This is also where our duties are complete and handed over to your energy provider to complete your new connection if required.
We advise our customers to wait a few days after completion of your solar installation and call your energy retailer. Advising them of your install and following up on your proposed date of connection for your system, quoting your EWR number.
